Originally from Germany, Ute Coleman moved to Margaret River in 2004. In 2011, she founded Sound Relaxation, offering holistic sound treatments for individuals of all ages.

Ute’s lifelong passion for sound was shaped by her musical upbringing and deepened through personal experience. Following the passing of her mother from breast cancer, she became acutely aware of the impact of stress on wellbeing. This led her to explore sound therapy, sparking a profound and lasting interest in sound as a powerful modality.

Ute is a certified Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner, internationally certified Sound Therapist, Sound Meditation Facilitator, Relaxation Coach, and Sound Educator. Drawing on a science-informed, experience-based approach, she supports clients with a wide range of conditions, promoting relaxation, balance, and healing.

As the Director of the Peter Hess® Academy Australia, Ute is a passionate advocate for the Peter Hess® Method, developed by the Peter Hess® Institute—the world’s first international provider of sound training with over 40 years of expertise. She trains soundpractitioners and supports the integration of sound therapy into wellness and healthcare.

Today, Ute focuses primarily on teaching, offering a wide range of professional and self-care-based training courses. She is dedicated to empowering others to work with sound —whether in their personal lives or professional practices.

She has facilitated numerous courses, workshops, and retreats, collaborating with professionals across schools, hospitals, and wellness centres. Ute is also a practitioner and international teacher of KliK® Sound Education, a program that introduces sound therapy to children, with support from Maggie Dent, one of Australia’s most respected parenting educators and a passionate sound enthusiast.

With her personal journey and extensive qualifications, Ute is committed to sharing the transformative benefits of sound as a tool for self-care, healing, and personal growth.

Energetic Therapies is a traditional medicine approach, it is devoted to holistic care. It looks at the whole person's mind, body and spirit not just the individual symptoms or parts of the person. In the West, the terms complementary and alternative medicines are used to describe this approach, however, traditional medicine is the medicine of culture, working with subtle energies to find perfect flow. Tamara, your energetic therapist will personalise your session for you listening to your body and what you require on the day of your session. Often combining modalities of reiki, ITA (Integrated Therapeutic Alignment), chakra balancing with crystals, pendulums or therapeutic sound bowls and sound massage.

Peter Hess ® Sound Massage & Sound Meditation is a unique holistic method of working with sound & vibration. Therapeutic sound bowls are placed gently on the body and used in the auric layers around the body. The vibrations of the bowls on your body bring you to a deep state of relaxation.  Sound massage is a fantastic option for those that do not enjoy regular massage as there is minimal use of touch in this method. Touch is used on the body but only to signal the placement of therapeutic sound bowls.

Malakai & Clare are a husband and wife team who are the heart and soul of Frequency of Light.

Clare is a Certified Reiki Master, Ancient Sound Therapist, Mindful Meditation Facilitator/Trainer and a Holistic Counsellor. Malakai is trained in Pulse Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF), Shamanic Intuitive Healing, and does Intuitive Massage along with being an Ancient Sound Therapist and Crystal Energy Worker.
