Hi there, thank you for stopping by. If you have landed in this spot, you’re wanting to learn a little more about me.
I am a graduate from Endeavour College of Natural Health with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy.
My degree encompassed modules of science-based medicine, as well as the traditional treatments of nutritional and herbal medicine to assist the body in healing itself.
I have three young boys myself, so I know how busy life can be and how our health can suffer. Sleep, diet, exercise, and stress play major roles in the pathophysiology of disease progression. I truly love getting down to the bottom of why you are experiencing the symptoms you are. I provide you with actionable, take-home tasks in a realistic treatment plan, alongside possible nutraceuticals and/or herbal prescriptions to help your body get back to alignment and its healthy state. Life has taught me thus far, that our time here is extremely short. We can lose our health in such a short space of time, and what do we have if we do not have our health?
Clients: No one is discriminated in my clinic. I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I will support all. I treat all races, genders, ages, abilities, and sexual preferences. I want every human to feel welcomed and in a safe environment. There is no health concern I would not investigate. Then if further referrals need to be actioned, I shall do so.

If I could tell my 40-year-old self anything, I would say don’t worry, life gets better with age!
Peri-menopause and menopause is literally life-changing! These years provide the opportunity to examine your life, deepen your knowledge of your body & wellbeing and truly change your world. I am here to support you in these changes. I love being the age where the wisdom of experience can be expressed and utilised. I also love to blend the science of natural medicine with its traditions, the evidence with the WOO WOO!
My own journey through peri-menopause and menopause was not as I expected, which gave me an insight into how truly individual the experience can be, and how important it is to be holistic and investigative, and to be committed to driving your own health outcomes! Trends & fads in the natural medicine world are plentiful and often exciting, but before jumping onboard (or off), let’s take the time to investigate how an approach, product or treatment will work for YOU.
My experience of menopause inspired me to use my training and knowledge to help others in this transforming period of life. While I believe that the body knows best and we usually need to just get out of the way, perimenopause and eventual menopause can be truly disorienting and difficult for many women – hot sweats, brain fog, weight gain, sleep issues, feeling frazzled! Many will dismiss your concerns, tell you to put up with it, or my personal favourite ‘it’s part of female life’. But there ARE choices, and I am happy to report that some changes are temporary, and on the other side of this transition you can be stepping into a time of great personal power and wisdom.
An understanding of the menopause stage of life and my personal experience of vulnerability, family illness, loss and grief is what drives my compassion and empathy. Having a wide range of life experiences and being a long time Capes resident helps me feel grounded, secure & confident that I have something valuable to offer you.
