Being diagnosed later in life changed Sana’s life trajectory from how she viewed herself as an adult and what she thought she knew about herself as a child. It takes readjustment knowing that, in one way, nothing has changed but at the same time, everything has.

Sana walks the spectrum journey and understands it’s benefits and challenges. No two people are alike and that’s important to know. When Sana meets you, she meets you where you are at.

The initial diagnosis can be challenging. Sure, you may be given some links or a book to read after the diagnosis, but sometimes you just want to talk to someone who understands firsthand and who isn’t a family member. That’s where Sana comes in. Depending on your personal needs, Sana can work with you as a coach, mentor, guide and/or advise in the areas of life, business/entrepreneurship, or work.

Sana holds a post graduate autism studies degree and has extensive experience in adult education, business advisory services, health, and wellness. Her experience and skillsets have brought her this point. To you.

Muriel known to many as Mumu, is a senior educator and team educator of art of motion training in movement®, a renowned training organisation for Slings Myofascial Training and Contemporary Pilates based in Switzerland and represented world-wide.

Over the last 20 years Mumu has completed several certifications in dance and movement modalities, all of which have inspired her. Meeting Karin Gurtner, the developer of Slings Myofascial Training in 2009 opened a whole new world of possibilities and gave her a more contemporary science-based understanding of the body’s interconnectedness. art of motion’s holistic and up to date approach with fascia focused exercises and functional exercise sequencing in mind (and body) was refreshing for Mumu, and a memorable turning point in her life and career.

Since 2011 she has been a lecturer for art of motion before becoming the principal lecturer, in Australia and then team educator and worldwide senior educator. This has kept her on her toes as well as satisfied her eagerness to continue learning and sharing her passion for holistic movement. Having benefited from Reiki since 2007 herself, Mumu decided to become a certified Reiki practitioner in 2021 to enhance her holistic toolbox and many of her clients have benefited from this add on ‘medicine’ she can offer them. One of her dearest wishes and what Mumu feels called to be of service of, is to assist anyone who wants to rewrite their neuro-myofascial-psychological chronic pain or trauma story or because they wish to enjoy movement (again) or enhance their athleticism. As well as for all who wish to realise and foster their bodies resilience, self-healing capacity and ability to change for the better for a lifetime.

Mumu can assist you and give you tools and “medicines” to tap into your resources and your full potential, so you feel self-empowered, and self-determined by becoming more attuned to what is well-being and feeling-vibrantly- alive promoting, for you as an individual.

Another wish is to assist anyone in the change they wish to evoke becoming more embodied and attuned to the many systems they are informed by (specifically the fascial - gut- nervous system) and how to interpret their sensations and feelings into meaningful, health and life enrichingmessages for the greater good of their physical, and emotional well-being.  Her wish is to foster it in anyone with the slightest curiosity or aspiration to improve, enhance and or maintain a holistic relationship to themselves and their body in health and in sickness. The body-mind menu she offers at her studio or online is:

- Slings Myofascial Training

- Contemporary Pilates

- Pre and Postnatal training

- Reiki & channelling

- Combination of 2 methods

Travelling is in her nature. You can find her teaching and lecturing world-wide and seeing clients face to face and online.

Clients: people with myofascial-skeletal issues, specialised in prenatal and postnatal training, people with psychosomatic symptoms, stress related physical and psychological issues, athlete specific training.

From an early age, I was driven by a passion for healing, which led me to a career in pharmacy. After over a decade in the field, I faced personal health challenges that conventional medicine couldn't resolve. This experience ignited my journey into functional nutrition, where I discovered the profound impact of food on health. Now, as a Functional Nutrition Coach, I am dedicated to educating and inspiring women to understand their bodies, their health, and how to use food as a tool for lasting wellbeing.

My approach is thorough and thoughtful. I take the time to listen to my clients, creating a safe space where they feel heard and understood. By exploring their full health history, nutrition habits, and lifestyle, I connect the dots to uncover what’s truly affecting their wellbeing. From there, we focus on practical, science-based changes, whether it’s eating more whole foods, prioritising certain macronutrients, or shifting daily habits.

I am firm but supportive - like any great coach. I keep my clients accountable with regular check-ins, celebrate their wins, and guide them through challenges with care and expertise. My pharmacy background gives me a unique perspective on how the body works and its relationship with the environment.

I am open to collaborate with GPs and other health professionals, especially if there is a medical condition present or suspected and/or taking medication.

My goal is to empower women to take control of their health with confidence and to achieve lasting changes through nutrition, mindset and lifestyle.
