When we learn about Ayurveda, we learn about ourselves, how we tick and how we can be our healthiest and happiest. Ayurveda helps us understand our natural tendencies, and through learning about our doshas, we learn to recognise our strengths and work on our weaknesses.
Ayurveda teaches us to live life in balance. And it helps us to find exactly what that balance is for each one of us. We learn individual strategies for diet, exercise, and lifestyle.
