Deborah’s organic life experiences are influenced from her path; oceanic coast to raw living from the farm. Deborah has lived in the South West tapestry of Western Australia for over 30 years. Sacred Red Lily offers life opportunity improvements for corporate, group, couples or individuals including disability impaired clients in the forms of Ayurvedic Cooking Classes, Basic Wholesome Cooking Classes, Ayurvedic Workshops, Wellness Consultations, Signature Massages, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage & Reflexology, Holistic Facials, Shirodhara, Indian Scalp Massage and Abhyanga Massage and Traditional Ayurvedic Therapies. Passions of Ayurvedic Philosophy has been a life journey; from healing herbals, Homoeopathics, wholesome foods, self-suffiency, home births and mindfulness through mental clarity, yoga and daily Dinacharya Ayurveda practise; Deborah has inhaled an abundance of primitive influences creating an inspiring and gratifying life rooted in the laws and cycles of Mother Nature. Creating nurturing thought patterns and wholesome nutrition is the intention to nourish the mind, body and soul; precisely what the body desires to rejuvenate our physical bodies’ entire system. Fermented foods contain living bacteria that digest ama/toxins (eliminate that which is not wholeness) and replenish enzymes; which create functional agni (central digestive fire) improving our overall digestion. Ayurveda nutrition creates good nutrient absorption, assimilation and elimination processes. Dinacharya daily routines entice ‘our skin’ the largest organ of our bodies with subtle lubrication, hydration and renewal of our inner cells. Yoga is the sister science to Ayurveda. The daily practice of Yoga stances and Pranayama breathing keep our bodies subtle and enrich our blood with oxygen providing mental clarity within. Possessing strength and stillness is a sign of balance: power and serenity combined in one moment. PASSION BALANCE INSPIRATION
